I completely agree with you on that. The charleston is one of those dances that makes you feel like a 10 year old again where you can just let all your limbs go crazy and do what you can!

Nothing like dancing, especially when the darkness of Depression is a daily battle. This movement of the body, freely, without major rules for which foot is front or back, which toe should or shouldn’t be pointed…when the whole of the flavor of the music is enhanced and for moment or two, it is like sky-diving–just letting go (all the negative energy trapped within our shells, laid down by some totally insipid spells upon a spirit freely born, into a world of conform!

That was so incredibly cool. There is something about the charleston that makes me smile. It’s like the dance is just you getting out there and letting your arms and legs flop around without a care in the world!
