Looks and sounds a lot like a young Stefan Joubert:

For those in the UK, you can normally find him down near Covent Garden at the weekends. His £10 CD is definitely worth it.

He has lots of vids on YouTube too.

well guys, if ye think this guy is good, you need to listen to jeff healy

Well, in the States we do have people like Andy McKee and Justin King who are great at stuff like this. I recommend Justin King and (although he is from Canada) Erik Mongrain is insane. He plays a lot of odd tunings with plenty of harmonics. Search “PercusienFa” or “airtap” on youtube and you will be blown away.

Well, I love music and have played a wee bit in my time – no great standard, just enough to make me smile. I’m a Scot (therefore very mean) but, even if I was brassick (UK slang for destitute of cash) I would empty my pocket into this guys hat. I wish….just wish…I had his fingers. But I’m no better a player than the folks on here who know, or who profess to be, better than… all of the other players who never quite made it. But I’m happy to just magic up a tune now and then. Could you even imagine what this nonsense would be like if I was on drugs!…LOL. Peace. 🙂 ( I imagine I shall be quite embarrassed about this in the morning….life’s for living. )

He’s cool and all but, there’s nothing really amazing about what he’s doing. It’s called “hammering” and used in a lot, if not all, music where guitars are played.
