I have to say i just didn’t get it. He used a sampler to record a simple bass line, then played a basic melody over the top of it. Was a good effort but just not that impressed.
A musician named Alex Mitchell (link) performs and original song entitled, NeoClassical, on the violin. The song is done in multiple parts, each performed by him, on a stage in front of an audience.

I didn’t know what to expect from this, when I saw him queuing up in the cafeteria, but once he got going he was ripping it good. Very talented!
