Just to make some things clear, these guys are from UC Berkeley. This group is always called Octet (it was formed in 1948) no matter how many members there are. In this case, one of the members left the group to focus on his academic studies, though they do still ROCK! Also, this group is an extra-curricular group, so they do this in their 'free time' as well as doing weekly concerts on the Sproul and performing at other engagements including competing in the ICCA. The song was written in Tenor and Bass arrangement, either as TB or TTBB. Which by that, it means that the notes that are normally heard in the Freddie Mercury version are altered to fit the vocal ranges of those guys. And one of the solos, where the guy is doing the rocker part, sounds out of key because he has too much of a theatrical style voice than a rocker voice.
